Looks like that CA thermostats have been given a pardon, at least for a year. Granted, since these are Stalinist Lefties and California ones at that, they will come back with this Thermostats Gestapo tactic year after year after year. Once the EnivroMarxists (A Sanity Trademark) get their teeth into one of their moonbat and deadly ideas, there is no stopping them.
